The whole process is made possible thanks to our advanced technology, which guarantees the best possible results. We use a filling and sealing line to fill the drinks, which is designed for filling carbonated beverages such as beer, frizzante, cider, non-alcoholic drinks and more.. The filling process takes place in a modified atmosphere CO2. Cans are filled with the product, they are sealed, washed with water and cleaned with air.
The can is ready to be printed on.
We have thought about that and created an automatic CAN SEAMER for anyone who would like to seal their cans in their own breweries or bars. You can please your customers with the last drink, which they can take home or you can create a limited edition of special drinks and give it to your most loyal customers.
Sure! You are not limited only to beverages. You can use cans as an unusual packaging for other products, such as coffee, tea or chocolate.
And have you thought about hiding or promotional items of your company into the can?
If you have your own graphic designer – it’s easy – they should be able to prepare the whole design themselves based on our instructions.
If you don’t, our graphic designers will prepare the data directly for you. We work with Adobe Illustrator and then with CalderaRIP software. It is important to prepare printing data with exact dimensions and individually set layers. The file needs to be in vector format, all layers need to be transformed into objects, and the text into curves. Output format is EPS.
